With the current coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), we are taking all necessary measures to protect the health of both our patients and staff. To continue to serve our community, we are now offering video visits along with remote programming instead of in-office visits.
If any of our valued patients need batteries or supplies, please do not hesitate to contact our office (701-805-8057) and we will happily mail them to you. If you need troubleshooting assistance or your hearing aid needs cleaning or repair, we will arrange for your hearing aids to be sent to our office and mailed back to you.
For patients interested in a hearing aid evaluation appointment to discuss amplification options, we can arrange a consultation appointment through our video visit technology.
We will continue to monitor recommendations from both our professional organizations along with those of the CDC and will inform you when changes occur. We hope you continue to stay healthy and well during this uneasy time.
